Authors or their institutions may be responsible for covering article processing charges (APCs) upon acceptance of their manuscript, which is 150.000 Iraqi Dinars for Iraqi researchers and it is free of charge for all other international researcher. Waivers or discounts may be available in certain cases for Iraqi authors.
