Archiving Policy 

To ensure the long-term preservation and continued accessibility of all published content, Journal of Medical and Oral Biosciences maintains the following archiving measures:

• Digital Preservation: All articles are permanently archived on Al-Iraqia university  servers with regular backups.
• Institutional Repository: A copy of each published article is deposited in the College of Dentistry / Al-Iraqia university Repository.
• Author Self-Archiving: Authors are encouraged to deposit the final published PDF in personal, institutional, or subject-based repositories immediately upon publication, provided a proper citation to the journal version is included.
• Metadata Preservation: Article metadata, including abstracts, keywords, and DOIs, are stored in multiple indexing databases to ensure discoverability over time.
• The PKP Preservation Network (PN) provides free preservation services for any OJS journal that meets a few basic criteria.
• Iraqi National Library and Archives ( Deposit Registration number: 2796-2024).

• These open access and archiving practices will guarantee that the Journal of Medical and Oral Biosciences keep the  published scholarly content accessible, citable, and preserved for future generations.
